Ordering your wholesale fashion jewellery, hair accessories and cosmetics from Chas & Phil Wholesale couldn't be easier! (Please note that we only supply trade customers; our minimum order value is £100)

You have several ordering and payment options:

Online

You can bulk order all your fashion jewellery supplies easily using our secure web site.  First make your order, then follow the online instructions.  To view the range now, please click Online Shop.  When you have completed your order for the first time, you will be asked to complete a Member Application  form.  Once you have your username and password, you can log in to your personalised account area quickly and easily each time you visit the site.

Once we have received your order, we will call you personally to inform you when the delivery will be despatched and how much will be debited from your account.

Visit Our Showroom

You are welcome to visit our spacious showroom in Ilford, where you can browse our massive variety of current stock lines on display to make your selection and take your new stock away with you immediately. Our showroom has a private forecourt with free parking and you will always receive a very warm welcome!

Delivery & Minimum Order

Because we are a trade only supplier offering highly competitive wholesale prices, the minimum order value we will deliver is £100 + VAT. The Postage and Packaging charges are as follows:

Orders less than £100	Sorry - No Delivery
Orders over £100	Free Delivery UK Mainland
All Other Areas	Postage calculated according to volume and destination
Delivery Times	2 -3 days

VAT

If you are trading within the UK, we will need to charge you VAT at the prevailing rate of 15%.

If you are in the EC and are registered for VAT in your country, we will not charge you VAT, provided you can supply us with your registration number.

If you are in the EC but not registered for VAT, we will need to charge you VAT at the UK rate.

If you are outside the EC we will not charge you VAT.

All goods remain the property of Chas & Phil Wholesale until paid for in full.

Returns Policy

Any goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in its original card and packaging. (There is no need to telephone us) For Hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any worn items. We do not send out replacements. We will hold a credit against your next order on receipt of your goods which we agree are defective through faulty workmanship. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Returns are sent at your own expense. Discolouration in costume jewellery will occur in time depending on use and environment in which they are worn or kept. We are unable to accept any goods which have been worn or discoloured.
